Job Title: Sales Supervisor

General Function

The sales supervisor works closely with the store manager to learn all aspects of store management. As part of the management team, the sales supervisor provides exceptional customer service, achieves sales targets, maintains visual presentation standards, and maximizes profits by controlling expenses and safeguarding assets. The role involves collaborating with the store manager to develop and guide the store team to meet revenue, profit, and customer service goals.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Achieve high performance and sales results.
  2. Assist the store manager in training and managing staff to maximize sales.
  3. Assign tasks and help schedule work hours according to payroll guidelines.
  4. Oversee merchandise presentation, displays, and adherence to company standards.
  5. Coordinate merchandise restocking and manage the flow of goods from warehouse to floor.
  6. Ensure staff compliance with company policies and standards.
  7. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the store manager.
Basic Qualifications
  1. Minimum two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
  2. At least one year of retail management experience.
  3. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build relationships.
  5. Ability to train staff and support their professional development.
  6. Physical ability to stand for long periods, move around the store, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  7. Physical activities include bending, kneeling, twisting, stretching, and other repetitive movements.
