GENERAL FUNCTION

The sales supervisor works closely with the store manager to learn all aspects of store management. As part of the management team, the sales supervisor provides exceptional customer service, achieves sales goals, maintains visual standards, and maximizes profits by controlling expenses and safeguarding company assets. They collaborate with the store manager to provide guidance, development, and support to the store team to meet revenue, profit, and customer service objectives.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve high performance and sales results.
  • Assist the store manager in training and managing staff to maximize sales.
  • Assign tasks and help schedule work hours following payroll guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in merchandise presentation and displays.
  • Coordinate merchandise restocking and flow from warehouse to sales floor.
  • Oversee staff adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the store manager.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
  • At least one year of retail management experience.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to train staff and foster professional development.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, move around, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching.
  • Bilingual proficiency.
