GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are crucial in ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a team to meet objectives.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

1. Deliver sales and meet company objectives by cultivating existing and new customer relationships.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through connection, attention to detail, and offering solutions.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. 1+ years retail or customer service experience
3. Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
4. Ability to embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
5. Strong sales skills and goal orientation
6. Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
7. Self-motivated with multi-tasking ability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
