Job summary

EAH Housing in Honolulu is seeking a Resident Manager I to oversee Wilder Vista (54 units) and Artesian Vista (53 units), ensuring solid daily operations, financial health and responsive resident services.

Candidates should have 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge of HUD/TCAC/ADA guidelines, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a REL license within 9 months.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience.
• Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines.
• Ability to develop budgets and variance reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations for assigned sites.
• Collect rent, process leases, and maintain waiting lists.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure compliance with HUD/TCAC or other regulations.
• Submit vouchers for HUD properties and manage annual inspections.
