Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for Oahu, Hawaii. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and selling brands at bars and restaurants across the island with a starting salary of $60,000 per year plus monthly incentives and car/mileage reimbursement.

The position emphasizes hitting monthly sales goals, executing promotions, planning regular visits, managing inventory, and ensuring optimal product placement and freshness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain driving record and valid license, and auto insurance as required by law.
• Employee must lift products from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes meeting monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicating pricing and promotions, and coordinating displays and events.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
