Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to support sales at grocery stores, outlets, bars, and restaurants across Kauai. This role requires driving your own vehicle with monthly car and mileage reimbursement, and offers a clear path for career growth and strong benefits.

The position involves achieving sales goals, executing promotions, and maintaining inventory and product placement to maximize shelf impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years of related experience or High School Diploma with 3–5+ years of experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance meeting state requirements.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; coordinate pricing, displays, and promotions.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and product codes.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
