Job summary

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our 24/7 U.S. defense operations team on Oahu, Hawaii. This full-time CONUS role requires an active DoD Top Secret clearance.

You will monitor servers, networks, and facility systems, perform basic troubleshooting, coordinate with Government Project Managers, and document procedures to sustain mission readiness. The position offers relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Requires DoD Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Minimum high school education with four years' field experience.
Experience supporting 24/7 operations and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations as part of a 24/7 support team.
Work within a rotating watch to ensure timely project deliverables.
Monitor IT and facility systems (servers, HVAC, generators) and quickly resolve issues.
Provide basic troubleshooting and act as escalation liaison for rapid restoration.
Deliver timely updates to customers and leadership for situational awareness.
Conduct pass-down briefings and train junior watch standers.
