Job summary

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. in Oahu, Hawaii seeks an Operations Specialist to support 24/7 operations with a current DoD Top Secret clearance. This CONUS full-time role requires TS/SCI eligibility and offers a salary range of $70,000–$91,000.

Responsibilities include monitoring IT equipment, leading escalation, coordinating with Government Project Managers, and ensuring on-time delivery of mission-critical tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School and four (4) years' experience working in a team environment.
• Must have a current and active DoD Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
• Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations as part of a 24/7 support team.
• Work within rotating watch to ensure project deliverables.
• Monitor mission systems and IT equipment; fix technical issues.
• Provide escalation liaison between operations and support.
• Provide updates to leadership and managers for situational awareness
