Role Overview

Coordinate and supervise all aspects of construction, including defining project scope, managing expectations, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Perform inspections, manage risks, and develop contingency plans. Support facilities in technical services, project management, or crane engineering teams. Develop project plans, oversee resource management, and ensure timely completion of work to minimize impact on programs and ship delivery schedules.

Must Have Qualifications

• 2 years Foreman experience, Apprentice Graduate, Military E-6+, BS in Engineering or Construction/Project Management
• 4 years related experience in Planning, Engineering, Construction, or Merchant Marine
• 6 years non-exempt professional experience
