Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in shipping & receiving, warehousing, or distribution (solar industry experience a plus).
• Experience with inventory management, material handling, quality control, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads goods and supplies while ensuring their proper handling.
• Examines incoming and outgoing shipment contents and compares against manifests, invoices, or orders for accuracy.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory.
• Maintains warehouse quality, tracks damaged inventory, and reports damage to Operations Manager.
• Packs, seals, labels, and affixes postage preparing materials for shipping.
• Records shipment data for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes including weight, charges, space availability, damages, and discrepancies.
