Hanwha Convergence USA is seeking an experienced O&M Site Lead Technician to manage field activities on a solar site, including scheduling, repairs, reporting, and on-site safety. You will lead a team, coordinate with manufacturers, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
The role requires 3+ years solar experience, strong electronics knowledge, proficiency with CMMS and SCADA, and the ability to troubleshoot and mentor others while maintaining site operations and documentation.

The O&M Site Lead Technician manages all field level activities required to operate and maintain a solar site. This will include scheduling, repairing, servicing, maintaining, reporting, communicating activities and events needed on site. Site lead technicians should be very familiar with the solar industry and able to effectively run a site with minimal support.
Perform all solar site activities not listed above to include meeting NERC and ERCOT requirements.
COMPENSATION: $35.00 - $40.00 / hr
