Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating maintenance and operations in a team setting.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory management, procurement of parts and materials, and contractor oversight activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process optimization efforts.

Job Summary

The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Site Lead is responsible for coordinating daily site operations and maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of facility assets and equipment. This role serves as the primary on‑site leader, providing technical guidance to operations and maintenance personnel while supporting operational goals, regulatory compliance, and customer requirements. The O&M Site Lead works closely with site leadership, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize equipment availability, maintenance execution, and overall site performance. The position plays a key role in promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. This position is contingent upon award of the contract.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in power generation, renewable energy, water/wastewater, manufacturing, data center, or other critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and asset management software.
• Certification in a maintenance, reliability, safety, or technical discipline (CMRP, OSHA, NCCER, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive operational and maintenance performance improvements.
