Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for the Third-Party O&M Services team to lead new opportunities and support operating portfolios. This role requires strong Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills, plus experience in financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will manage complex projects, drive governance and reporting, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership while working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, business or related field.
• 2+ years in project management, commercial contracting or financial analysis.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills; SAP Financial and BOBJ preferred.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of O&M services projects from evaluation to execution.
• Coordinate financial modeling, cost estimates, and deal-structure recommendations.
• Support negotiations and execution of O&M agreements with partners and customers.
• Develop KPIs and Power BI dashboards for portfolio visibility.
• Prepare executive updates and communications for leadership.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives using Six Sigma.
• Manage relationships with internal/external stakeholders and users.
