Job summary

Springdale Energy in Springdale, PA is seeking an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Coordinator with Control Room Operations experience to support plant reliability through CMMS, procurement, and outage planning. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of control room operations experience in lieu of education.
• Bachelor’s or two-year technical degree in engineering or physical sciences preferred.
• 2-5 years in a maintenance/operations role, preferably in the power generation industry.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, Project, CMMS; Maximo is a strong plus.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and technical contract maintenance activities, daily, short-range and long-range planning.
• Prepare, track and maintain cost estimates and schedules.
• Interact with Operations staff to improve maintenance effectiveness.
• Assist Maintenance Manager on CMMS work orders and document library updates.
• Coordinate deliveries and work dates with vendors and contractors.
