With 3+ years of workers' compensation experience and an active New York Bar admission, you will handle a varied caseload, achieve autonomy, and advance within a collaborative, mentorship-rich environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years' workers' compensation experience.
• Active New York Bar admission.
• Experience representing employers, insurance carriers or self-insured entities.
• Strong hearing, negotiation and case management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload.

Responsabilidades

• Manage workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations and settlement conferences.
• Develop litigation strategy and provide day-to-day advice to employers and insurance carriers.
• Build strong client relationships while working closely with experienced litigators.
• Take ownership of a varied and sophisticated caseload.
