You will collaborate with Visual Leadership to create dynamic, knowledge-based displays using dolls and related products, prioritizing tasks to meet store goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of successful work experience in retail merchandising or related field.
• Knowledge of general visual principles with emphasis on construction and detail.
• Manual skills in doll styling, straight blade cutting, and minor assembly (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and quickly within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Visual Leadership Team in executing display window changes, merchandise changes and planogram layouts.
• Create dynamic displays using dolls and complementary product; keep product knowledge current.
• Prioritize tasks based on business needs and troubleshoot product availability issues.
• Maintain the store's visual and merchandising standards in line with the brand vision.
• Develop positive relationships with staff, management, and corporate partners.
