Responsibilities

• Conduct hearings regarding traffic violations in NYC’s five boroughs.
• Appear in several criminal courts in NYC as well as upstate New York and Long Island.
• Negotiate with prosecutors and judges. Advise clients as to the ramifications of any convictions.
