The attorney will ensure deadlines are met and collaborate with clients, experts, and senior attorneys to craft effective litigation strategies. Qualified candidates will hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the NY State Bar, and

Qualifications

JD required from ABA-accredited law school (e.g., NY bar eligibility)
Admission to the New York State Bar
Experience handling defense in Transportation, Construction Litigation and Tort cases
ADR experience in arbitrations and mediations
Ability to draft and argue dispositive motions and respond to discovery

Responsibilities

Manage caseload from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
Ensure compliance with court deadlines and scheduling requirements.
Work closely with clients, experts, and attorneys on litigation strategies.
Conduct in-depth legal research, prepare memoranda, and support senior attorneys.
