Job summary

Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply is seeking a Route Service Driver to deliver uniforms, linens, and facility products from Clifton, NJ, servicing NYC routes. You will operate a box truck, load and unload items, and maintain strong customer relationships on multiple daily routes.

The role requires a valid license (CDL not required) and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment, with competitive pay and benefits typical of a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Experience operating box trucks in NYC preferred.
• Must reside in New Jersey within commuting distance to Clifton, NJ.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a box truck from Clifton, NJ into NYC to complete scheduled daily service routes.
• Deliver, collect, and manage uniforms, linens, and facility service products at customer locations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and professionally represent Dempsey at every interaction.
• Perform physical duties including frequent lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading of products weighing 50–75 lbs.
