AtkinsRealis USA Inc. seeks a Rail & Transit Traction Power Leader to drive market growth and provide technical and delivery leadership for traction power and rail electrical systems in the NYC region.

You will manage client relationships, lead pursuits, and serve as Project Director and technical authority on complex programs. Responsibilities include leading traction power studies, DC/AC system design, grounding, SCADA interfaces, and coordination with utility and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelors in electrical engineering; NY PE preferred or achievable.
• 15+ years in rail/transit electrical systems with traction power focus.
• Experience delivering traction power designs for DC/AC rail systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead market growth and strategic pursuits across NYC rail/transit.
• Serve as technical authority for traction power, design and specs.
• Coordinate with clients, PMs, and discipline leads for integrated solutions.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.
