NYC Limo VIP LLC is seeking a Fleet and Driver Manager for its New York City fleet. The role oversees maintenance, scheduling and safety, while recruiting and supervising chauffeurs to deliver premium service for corporate clients and private customers.

Knowledge of DOT/TLC rules and 24/7 incident response is required. Five+ years in fleet-management, preferably in luxury transport or logistics, and strong leadership, organization, and reporting skills are essential for success in this full-time

• Knowledge of DOT and TLC rules is required.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills are essential.

• Oversee fleet maintenance, scheduling, utilization, safety, and vehicle condition.
• Recruit, train, and supervise chauffeurs with a focus on high-end service.
• Handle incidents, driver issues, and 24/7 fleet emergencies; maintain regulatory and reporting records.
