Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Understanding of student development philosophy, residence hall management and ability to work with a diverse student and staff population.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, organizational skills, and excellent skills in oral and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the room selection process.
• Respond to internal and external requests, inquiries, and concerns through the Res Life email.
• Work closely with dining services to coordinate meal plan changes.
• Facilitate room change requests including room inspection and key reports.
• Communicate current occupancy with campus partners such as the Mailroom and Facilities.
• Coordinate and manage the Post-Selection Housing Process.
• Follow up on outstanding maintenance requests and facility condition assessments.
• Respond to student and parent concerns regarding facility conditions, coordinating with Facilities and other campus departments to resolve issues.
• Work closely with Marketing Committee to promote and advertise for Summer Intern Housing.
• Serve as a point of contact for summer conferences and intern housing.
• Assist in the housing selection process for Summer Programs and assist with move in and out.
