RentQuest LLC is seeking a motivated Home Staging Assistant to join our NYC-based team. This part-time, hands-on role involves assisting with deliveries, installations, and staging projects across residential spaces.

You will organize furniture and decor and support the design team in placing items to achieve appealing, on-trend presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to travel within the tri-state area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with furniture deliveries, installations, and staging projects
• Organize furniture and accessories
• Assist the design team with placing furniture, artwork, rugs, décor, and accessories
• Prepare furniture and accessories for upcoming projects
• Help maintain inventory organization and cleanliness
• Organize and label inventory by item, size, color, and category
• Inspect furniture and décor for damage or wear and report issues to management
• Assist with packing, wrapping, and properly storing furniture and accessories
• Help maintain staging inventory and ensure items are returned to their proper locations
• Assist with staging breakdowns and furniture returns
• Follow project instructions and staging plans carefully
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working in client homes and properties
• Communicate effectively with the staging and design team
• Take photos of completed installations and inventory when requested
• Perform other staging, warehouse, and administrative tasks as needed
