Duties

• Assist with the selection and arrangement of furniture, artwork, and accessories to enhance property appeal
• Support the preparation of staging plans using tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit to visualize design concepts
• Help coordinate delivery and setup of furniture and decor items on-site, ensuring timely execution
• Collaborate with the design team to implement color schemes based on color theory principles for optimal visual impact
• Maintain inventory of staging materials and ensure proper storage and organization of furniture and accessories
• Contribute to site inspections, ensuring safety standards are met during setup and teardown processes
• Support project timelines by tracking progress, updating schedules, and communicating with vendors or contractors as needed

Experience
