Job summary

Henderson Scott US is seeking a Construction Assistant Superintendent for Ground-Up Residential work in New York, NY. You will assist with on-site operations from start to finish, coordinating with trades and supporting the project team.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (Structural Eng a plus) and have 2+ years of NYC residential construction experience, with Procore or similar PM software and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (Structural Eng a plus).
• OSHA 30-hour Certification within past three years.
• Experience with ground-up residential NYC projects and PM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specs, proposals, and site data to help PM and Superintendent develop schedules and track costs.
• Support Lead Superintendents on projects on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with various trades on site.
• Process administrative work when needed.
• Ensure site safety and oversee projects from inception to completion.
