Job summary

OrangeTalents seeks a Field Marketing & Community Coordinator who knows New York City and loves building local relationships. You will grow brand awareness, drive user engagement, and support product adoption through campus ambassadors, hosts, and creator partners across NYC.

You will own event delivery from concept to follow-up, recruit and onboard ambassadors, manage partnerships, and collaborate with brand, growth, product, and content teams to create shareable experiences and measurable

Qualifications

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple people, projects, deadlines, and details.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse community members.
Proven ability to execute across outreach, events, partnerships, and on-site delivery.
Experience understanding NYC communities, culture, and social scenes; capable of identifying relevant opportunities.

Responsibilities

Build and manage NYC community ecosystem including ambassadors, hosts, and partners.
Identify and develop local partners; turn relationships into events, promotions, sponsorships, and programs.
Recruit, onboard, brief, motivate, and manage ambassadors; establish scale-ready playbooks and procedures.
Own event delivery from concept to follow-up, coordinating outreach, schedules, vendors, guests, and logistics.
Track results, budgets, partner performance, and gather user feedback to inform improvements.
