Job summary

Next In Natural is hiring a Business Development Team Leader for the Metro-NY area. The role is field-based with in-market travel, focusing on building relationships with retailers, distributors, and brokers while driving velocity and new distribution.

You will lead consumer and trade events, track account activity, and collaborate with the team to sharpen strategy. Base salary ranges 56k–70k plus incentives; mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Be in the field a minimum of three days per week across the Metro New York market, with occasional overnight travel to support other markets.
• Drive velocity and new distribution at the shelf, including consumer/dem o events to sample and educate store guests.
• Support and strengthen existing accounts, distributor and broker relationships as a reliable on-the-ground partner.
