Job summary

Willdan Lighting and Electric (WLE), a Willdan subsidiary, is seeking a Market Development Manager to support the NYC Accelerator program in New York City. You will translate outreach strategy into operational execution, lead the outreach team, coordinate subcontractors and partners, and drive measurable participation in energy-efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
7+ years in outreach, market development, or related fields.
Experience leading outreach and stakeholder engagement teams.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
Experience with conferences, webinars, and public events.
Ability to build relationships across diverse groups.
Experience with CRM reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Develop outreach initiatives to expand awareness of NYC Accelerator and increase participation across priority market segments.
Build and maintain relationships with building owners, portfolio owners, property managers, and other stakeholders.
Translate outreach strategy into day-to-day execution across campaigns and markets.
Manage outreach pipeline, track activities, referrals, and handoffs.
Lead and develop the outreach team, assign work, and ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with Case Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Events, and partners.
