Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Production, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of apparel production experience preferred.
• Experience with production timelines, samples, approvals, and POs.

Aufgaben

• Manage factory T&A calendars and track milestones.
• Communicate issues with internal/external partners for timely resolution.
• Ensure packing, labeling and production requirements meet retailer guidelines.
• Review lab dips, strike-offs, shade bands, and approvals with overseas factories.
• Review PP/TOP samples with Design and Creative Services for accuracy.
• Review and approve UPCs, RFID labels, and carton markings for bulk production.
• Monitor weekly factory capacity and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate packaging submissions and ensure timely material deliveries.
• Attend weekly fittings and production meetings to troubleshoot.
• Create purchase orders in BlueCherry and update delivery dates.
