Analysts work in small deal teams on a broad range of transactions, from initial client contact to closing deals, and participate in a five-week introductory training covering accounting, communication, debt and equity capital markets, Excel, financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics.
• Series 79 and 63; 0-3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of clients' financial situations, industry and market data.
• Conduct basic to intermediate financial modeling in Excel.
• Support in valuations of private and public companies.
• Prepare client presentations and underwriting memos with relevant analysis.
