Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical training with 5–10 years field PM experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs; derive scope from documents.
• Experience in insurance compliance and coordinating with legal/insurers.
• Proficient in construction drawings and design coordination.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management in fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and chart project objectives, schedules, and resources.
• Oversee construction from design through completion in all phases.
• Lead preconstruction tasks including reading plans, scope sheets, and contractor qualifications.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and financial reporting to management.
• Process contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and payment requisitions.
• Coordinate with insurers, legal, and safety teams; ensure permit filings and safety plans.
• Facilitate effective communication among architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress with regular status meetings and ensure accurate project documents.
