Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail store management or assistant management experience in fashion/boutique luxury.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Operational excellence in store procedures, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening, operations, and closing procedures for two store locations.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor retail staff and keyholders.
• Deliver an engaging customer experience and build relationships with VIPs and brand followers.
• Drive daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and monitor key retail metrics.
