Job description

Responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure occupants a clean and safe environment.

Cleans and maintains cleanliness of office and lobby floors, windows, doors and walls.
Cleans and maintains cleanliness of restrooms; includes floors, sinks, counters, commodes and fixtures
Clean and maintains cleanliness of elevators and stairwells.
Monitor the interior and exterior of the building and grounds during the day to make certain the grounds and common areas are free of debris.
Clean and maintain all convenience centers. Including stocking of coffee and cleaning supplies.
Clean glass surfaces periodically to keep them free of fingerprints and dirt
Empty garbage containers in common areas and restrooms ensuring general areas are free of litter
May perform other duties as assigned.

Other Job Functions:

Report broken or dangerous items to facility staff for repair or replacement.

Skills, Education and Experience:

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Minimum 1 year previous facilitates maintenance / janitorial experience.

Salary Range Language

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $61,664 to $66,664 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
