Position: Sr. Sales Consultant

Compensation: $125K-$200K per year
Job Type: Full-Time

The Sr. Sales Consultant will serve as a Home Consultant, educating homeowners about solar options and guiding them through the process as a partner and liaison.

Responsibilities
  • Educate homeowners on available programs and gather necessary documentation for proposals
  • Follow up on leads and secure project contracts
  • Commit to personal growth and ongoing education
  • Work collaboratively with the team and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and communication platforms (Email, Chatter, WhatsApp)
  • Comfort discussing finances and tax implications with homeowners
  • High energy, sense of urgency, and ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment
