  • Support Micron’s NY site development by managing large‑scale construction projects focused on site utilities, underground systems, and multi‑phase infrastructure.
  • Lead construction execution from pre‑construction through commissioning, ensuring alignment to schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams, design partners, trade contractors, and external stakeholders to deliver production‑ready facilities.
  • Implement digital‑first construction management tools, including BIM and AI‑enabled progress tracking, to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for NY Site Utilities construction, including electrical yard, mechanical pump house, utility conveyance, and trestle coordination.

What’s Encouraged Daily:
  • Manage site utility construction projects across planning, design, execution, and commissioning phases.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking to meet scope, cost, and timeline objectives.
  • Coordinate work across architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Ensure full adherence to Micron safety standards, environmental requirements, and regulatory compliance for all construction activities.
  • Integrate digital tools (BIM, field tracking, schedule verification) to support progress monitoring and decision‑making.
  • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays and cost impacts.
  • Manage permitting and approvals with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and required systems (e.g., Procore).
  • Monitor construction quality and verify work meets design specifications and project standards.
How to Qualify:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing large‑scale industrial, infrastructure, or manufacturing construction projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability managing multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
  • Ability to make informed decisions with limited oversight while driving project outcomes.

  • Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore).
