Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support within financial software.
• Solid working knowledge of AWS, AWS certification is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and enhance cloud-based deployments.
• Manage technical installations and environment refreshes.
