$111,000.00 - $190,000.00

The NW Minnesota Sales District Leader supports and assists the territory agency business owners in their role as independent contractors who possess the right of control over the manner and means by which they sell insurance and otherwise operate their businesses. You will coach and advise agency business owners on the strategy and execution of the district's profit and growth plan. You will report to the Director, Sales.
In this primarily field-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working in the field, directly interacting with customers, Agents, Agency Staff, etc., in/around the St. Cloud/Moorhead/Fargo markets. On occasion, you may be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training, and culture events.
