Job summary

NVIDIA's Infrastructure Specialists team (NVIS) seeks a Professional Services Program Manager to define and implement the strategy, aligning collaborators and building a unified infrastructure for successful delivery from planning through execution.

You will lead timelines, deliverables, risks, and KPIs, coordinate between field and Headquarters teams, and use NVIDIA’s systems to maintain records and reporting, while fostering clear, proactive communication across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of program management experience in technical operations or professional services environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Coordination skills: proven track record in managing sophisticated platforms with multiple collaborators.
  • Enhancing operational efficiency: proficient in implementing and optimizing workflows.
  • Interpersonal skills: strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Personal traits: strong organizational and detail-oriented approach.
  • Adaptability: comfortable in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
  • Technical tools: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Leading specific aspects of the NVIS AI Factory deployment strategy.
  • Coordinating between internal field and Headquarters teams to drive program efficiency and alignment.
  • Leading timelines, deliverables, collaterals, and resources for strategy programs, ensuring smooth execution and constant improvement.
  • Collaborating with team members to define and supervise program objectives, risks, and KPIs.
  • Using NVIDIA’s operational systems to maintain accurate records, provide updates, and support reporting needs.
  • Facilitating effective communication across teams, ensuring all parties are advised and aligned throughout the program lifecycle.

If so, the NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists team (NVIS) has an exciting opportunity for you! We seek a Professional Services Program Manager to lead the NVIS Strategy definition and implementation. In this role, you will be responsible for the program management aspects, ensuring the Professional Services infrastructure enables smooth execution from planning through delivery. While dedicated technology experts will handle the technical aspects, your role will be pivotal in aligning all collaborators, building a unified infrastructure, and guaranteeing program success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

  • System Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce.com, project management tools, and operational information systems.
  • Program Expertise: Familiarity with NVIDIA AI Factory deployments and the associated operational and commercial workflows.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD.

  • You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
