Achieva is seeking a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) in Pennsylvania to provide Early Intervention nutrition and feeding services to children birth to three and their families, within the IFSP framework. Services are itinerant and delivered in family homes and community settings under supervision of the Early Intervention Manager.
The role requires 1–2 years of pediatric experience and a focus on family-centered care, with HIPAA-compliant documentation and ongoing licensure maintenance.
Job Location: Washington County – PA | Position Type: Contract | Starting at: $75.00/hour | Work Schedule: Part‑time, approximately 25 hours per week | Location: Itinerant – Remote work not available.

Provides Early Intervention nutrition and feeding services to children birth to three and their families, within the context of established Early Intervention practices and in accordance with each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Promotes the achievement of children and family outcomes related to nutrition, feeding, and healthy growth and development. Works collaboratively with families, service coordinators, and other IFSP team members to provide education, guidance, and support. Reports to the Early Intervention Manager.
Independent contractors have the flexibility to set their own schedules and caseloads. Services are provided primarily in family homes and community settings.
