Job summary

Achieva is seeking a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) in Pennsylvania to provide Early Intervention nutrition and feeding services to children birth to three and their families, within the IFSP framework. Services are itinerant and delivered in family homes and community settings under supervision of the Early Intervention Manager.

The role requires 1–2 years of pediatric experience and a focus on family-centered care, with HIPAA-compliant documentation and ongoing licensure maintenance.

Qualifications

• Licensure as LDN in Pennsylvania is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of pediatric experience.
• Experience with Early Intervention or family-centered care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the achievement of nutrition and feeding outcomes for children birth to three.
• Performs nutritional assessments and collaborates with families to set goals.
• Delivers direct nutrition services in homes or community settings as needed.
• Communicates with the IFSP team to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Completes documentation within Early Intervention timeframes and HIPAA compliant standards.
• Maintains licensure requirements and attends relevant trainings.
