Job summary

LOMA LINDA UNIVERSITY HEALTH in Redlands, CA is seeking a Supervisor-Nutrition Services to lead staff across cafeteria, patient meal service, tray line, and related areas. You will ensure food production, service, and diet office operations align with LLUH policies, monitor menu accuracy, quality, sanitation, and safety, and uphold regulatory standards.

You will also assist with employee evaluations, human resources tasks, time and attendance, and staff scheduling, while performing other duties

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required; two years in food service environment preferred if no degree.
• Experience supervising staff in healthcare or clinical settings preferred.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; able to troubleshoot basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nutrition Services staff across cafeteria, production, patient meal service, tray line, dish room, and related areas.
• Ensure operations comply with LLUH policies and procedures; monitor menu accuracy, food quality, sanitation and safety.
• Assist with employee performance evaluations, HR functions, time and attendance, and staff scheduling.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain compliant and efficient Nutritional Services operations.
