Job summary

Trinity Terrace, Fort Worth’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking a Lead Nutritional Aide to join us in providing our residents with a great hospitality experience when dining with us in our health center. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively lead and support a team.

Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required. D elegate specific duties to other employees to ensure that all items needed for meals are prepared at the time needed.

• Use MealTracker to prepare menus, tray tickets, tally sheets, production sheets, and other reports needed for meal service.

What You'll Be Doing

D elegate specific duties to other employees to ensure that all items needed for meals are prepared at the time needed. In the absence of the Nutritional Services Manager, you will assume responsibility of assigned dining rooms and food service areas, including leadership over the Nutritional Services employees, food safety and sanitation, and resident dining experience.
