Job summary

Trinity Terrace, Fort Worth’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking a Lead Nutritional Aide to join us in providing our residents with a great hospitality experience when dining with us in our health center. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively lead and support a team.

Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required. D elegate specific duties to other employees to ensure that all items needed for meals are prepared at the time needed.

• Leadership or supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend all team meetings and events.
• Conduct daily pre-service huddles for all assigned meal periods, to include training and motivational/positive talking points.
• Ensure all newly hired and transitioned Nutritional Services team members are trained in accordance with a consistent and effective training process/program.
• Lead by example with regard to food safety and sanitation, maintaining an environment and work area that demonstrates safety and sanitation are paramount.
• Use MealTracker to prepare menus, tray tickets, tally sheets, production sheets, and other reports needed for meal service.
