Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a per diem Nutrition Services Assistant to support the Dietitian in providing nutrition services to a broad patient population at 300 First Avenue, Boston. You will assist with meals, nourishments, and special formulas as required.

Responsibilities include nutrition assessments, diet counseling, monitoring calories and intake, maintaining records, and adhering to hospital policies. Strong communication and computer skills are essential for success.

Summary

Responsible to assist the Dietitian in the provision of nutrition services to broad patient population. This includes appropriate meals, between meal nourishments, and special formulas required by each individual patient.

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or
• Associate's Degree Dietetics preferred

Licenses and Credentials

Dietetic Technician, Registered [DTR] preferred
