Responsibilities include coordinating meal service with production and delivery teams, documenting diet modifications, and contributing to quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Handles high volume calls and delivers professional customer service.
• Maintains confidential patient records and uses Epic software.
• Verifies diet orders and allergies per patient records.
• Obtains patient meal preferences and coordinates with care teams.
• Applies nutrition guidelines to assist diet selections.
• Works collaboratively with nutrition, nursing and food service teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages a high volume of calls to patients, representatives and providers with excellent service.
• Maintains patient records in the diet office software and documents diet details.
• Verifies diet orders/allergies in Epic and communicates with patients.
• Coordinates meal service with production and tray delivery teams.
• Prints and reviews tray tickets to ensure diet compliance.
• Notifies leadership of software issues and liaises across facilities.
