Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of food service experience required.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Serv-Safe certification within 90 days required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the Food & Nutrition department.
• Lead meal preparation, assembly and patient/guest/associate delivery.
• Develop staff schedules and manage coverage for absenteeism/vacation.
• Ensure proper maintenance of logs and temperatures; uphold quality service.
