Job summary

Qualifications

• Data entry skills using Word/Excel desired.

• Willingness to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient meal and snack choices according to diet order, ensuring age-specific, allergy, religious, cultural, and preference needs.
• Print documents using CBORD, prepare tray tickets, assemble meals and snacks, deliver or store trays.
• Receive and store deliveries; inspect invoices and assure proper condition of goods.
• Stock assigned areas to par levels; maintain pantry and kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Record data such as temperatures and meal counts; monitor data ranges and document issues.
• Assist in training new employees and perform related duties as required.
