Qualifications

• State of Texas or ANSI accredited Food Service Manager’s Certification required.
• Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Computer literacy, basic math, effective communication, strong human relationship skills, good personal appearance, ability to complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation and Serving: ensure satellite school runs efficiently and meals meet standards.
• Safety and Sanitation: follow HACCP procedures and maintain records.
• Other: attend required training and work at multiple schools as needed.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: daily supervision of satellite staff.
