• Maintains sanitation standards and regulatory compliance (Board of Health, OSHA).
• Addresses patient, visitor, and staff issues and refers for follow-up as needed.
• Monitors work environment; manages personnel issues and communication.
• Guides staff through the workday and coordinates resource management.
• Directs associates to locate supplies and equipment for operations.
