Job summary

Northern Montana Hospital in Havre, MT seeks a Nutrition Services Lead to coordinate daily meal preparation and service for clients, staff and visitors under the supervision of the Nutrition Services Director. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and compliance with hospital standards.

This 10‑hour shift position includes a discretionary sign‑on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, with health, dental, life, disability and FLEX/HSA options.

About the role

$1,500 Discretionary Sign-On Bonus

Under the supervision of the Nutrition Services Director, the Nutrition Services Lead coordinates activities and directs and supervises department workers preparing and serving food for clients, staff and visitors. Performs essential clerical duties associated with department functions.

Qualifications

Person with or in the process of obtaining a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to learn and follow written and verbal instructions. Accurate typing ability. Person must be able to respond in a timely manner to disaster drill activities as per hospital protocol. Person must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

This position is 10-hour shifts and does include holidays. Health, dental, life, disability and FLEX/HSA available with 403-b options. Salary commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.
